Pi Insight has named Simon Best as its Client Director, overseeing the company and its proprietary data platform ShelfTrak.
Best brings a wealth of experience in travel retail, including over 20 years at NPD Travel Retail (formerly Counter Intelligence Retail Ltd.), where he held various roles.
He most recently served as VP of Innovation at Duty Free Innovation AG, a position he held since 2019.
Throughout his career, Best has worked across all major travel retail categories, gaining in-depth industry knowledge and consistently delivering impactful results.
This new appointment allows Best to lead seamless onboarding while enhancing support for existing ones.
By leveraging his proactive mindset and relationship-building expertise, he is set to reinforce ShelfTrak’s position as a vital resource for commercial success in travel retail, the company noted.
