Pokemon Center Hiroshima Will Move With Gyarados Playground

The Pokemon Company will move the Pokemon Center Hiroshima outlet to the Hiroshima train station complex in April 2025. It also announced plans to set up a Gyarados-themed playground in the near vicinity in March 2025. Pokemon Center Hiroshima has been originally available on the sixth floor of Sogo Hiroshima. However, the company announced that it will close this outlet in late March 2025 to prepare for the big move. The new outlet will be located at the ekie building in the Hiroshima Station complex. The new Gyarados-themed playground will appear separately at the Soramoa plaza—located on the rooftop of the minamoa building in the same station complex. This playground will feature not only Gyarados and its pre-evolution Magikarp but also other Pokemon like Bulbasaur and Psyduck. In addition, The Pokemon Company will set up more Pokemon-themed decorations across the Hiroshima Station complex. A Snorlax-themed bench will be one of the items that will appear in the station around the Spring 2025 season.
