Porridge Radio breaking up after 2025 tour, announce final EP (hear “Don’t Want To Dance”)
Porridge Radio’s final North American tour starts January 23 in Washington, DC.
Sad news: UK group Porridge Radio have decided to call it quits after their 2025 tour obligations, which include a North American run that starts January 23 in DC. With that news comes the announcement of a final EP from the band, The Machine Starts to Sing, which will be out February 21 via Secretly Canadian.
“This is the last new music from Porridge Radio and marks the end of the band,” they say in a statement. “The songs on this EP are an important part of Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me, and mean a lot to us. We are excited for you to hear them. This band has been our life, we’re family now. These tours will be our last. Thanks so much for listening.”

Porridge Radio’s tour includes Brooklyn’s Warsaw on January 25 with Sluice. All dates are listed below.
