Support builds for Seatrade Cruise Global retail sessions with Harding+ named as Platinum Partner for April event

INTERNATIONAL. Leading cruise retailer Harding+ has been named as a Platinum Partner for the retail sessions at Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami this April.

Seatrade Cruise Global is the premier annual gathering of the cruise industry worldwide and runs from 7-10 April at Miami Beach Convention Center. The Retail Days – a series of conference sessions dedicated to retail at sea – take place on 8-9 April, co-organised by The Moodie Davitt Report.

Harding+ (formerly Harding) has a track record of more than 90 years serving the cruise sector. The company rebranded to Harding+ in 2022 amid the recovery from the pandemic, while 2023 and 2024 saw a rapid increase in the number of ships where Harding+ has a presence (to 88 today). That contributed to a doubling of turnover, estimated at over £300 million in 2024, after the company won an array of new concessions over the previous years.

Harding+ CEO Chris Matthews said: “We are delighted to be a Platinum Partner for The Retail Days at Seatrade Cruise Global 2025. The cruise retail industry is moving at a remarkable pace at the moment, as events such as this represent golden opportunities to exchange ideas and examine what the next stage looks like.

“We can’t wait to share the stage with partners and luminaries from across the industry, and throw a spotlight on some of the amazing things Harding+ is doing to make every cruise better. A huge thanks to The Moodie Davitt Report and Seatrade for making this a reality, and we look forward to seeing you all there.”

The April 2024 sessions were well attended by cruiselines, concessionaires and brands

In April 2024, a full day of retail-related programming took place for the first time at Seatrade Cruise Global, and was well attended by cruiselines, concessionaires and brand owners.

The focus on retail reflects the importance of the channel to cruiseline revenues and its role in enhancing the guest experience.
