3 ‘Garden of Eden’ Clips Preview Graphic Gore and Torture

Viewer discretion is advised before watching not one, not two, but three exclusive clips from Garden of Eden — they contain graphic content that some may find disturbing.

Described as “‘American Horror Story‘ if it had a kinky and debaucherous fetish filled three-way with Martyrs and Hostel in a church pew,” the film hits digital this Friday, June 20, via Gravitas Ventures.

“After reading one specific scene in Garden of Eden, I knew that taking this role came along with a responsibility,” actress Gigi Gustin (The Retaliators), who appears in the first clip, tells Bloody Disgusting.

“In order to serve the story, I was going to have to be the most vulnerable I’ve ever been on screen before. I was going to have to go places emotionally that were uncomfortable, even for me, someone who’s very used to tapping into darkness for the sake of the character and the story, but that’s when I knew that the answer was… yes. I have to do this, and I have to do it with truth, purpose, and awareness.”

Marcel Walz (Blood Feast, Blind) directs from a script by frequent collaborator Joe Knetter (Blind, Twilight of the Dead), taking an artistic approach to “torture porn” with special effects by Vincent J. Guastini (Dogma, Requiem for a Dream).

The Eden family are devout Christians who do everything they can to live the word of God and set an example of what is right and wrong. They have been very successful in business and are rich beyond their needs. In order to give back, the family throws garden parties. Each guest that is lucky enough to find a key at the party gets to have their most wished for dream come true. But a dream for some can be a nightmare for others.

Robert Rusler (A Nightmare on Elm Street 2), Monique Parent (Cuck), Sarah French (Blind), and Sarah Polednak star as the Eden family alongside Gustin, Sarah Nicklin (Popeye The Slayer Man), Jazz Egger, Adam Bucci (“Halt and Catch Fire”), and Dazelle Yvette.
