Hilton today updated its Gold and Diamond fast-track offers to businesses with Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) accounts. These offers are valid for signups through December 31, 2025.
Eligible corporate travelers can sign up for this match and receive either Gold or Diamond status for 90 days, which can be extended through March 2027 by staying 5 or 10 nights during the match period.

The previous corporate match this year was only valid for the Gold tier with a fast track to Diamond, but this updated one matches all the way to Diamond as well.
Match Requirements:
Matched to Gold = 5 nights within 90 days to extend it through March 2027
Matched to Diamond = 10 nights within 90 days to extend it through March 2027, or 5 nights to get Gold

Ensure the following items are included in your submission:
✅ Proof of competitor program clearly showing the program name
✅ Proof of current status level in the competitor program
✅ Full name on the proof must match the Hilton Honors account name
✅ Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Hilton lists Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Best Western, Choice, Accor, and Wyndham + plus others, on its match form.
You now need to upload proof of status from the other program, and a copy of an ID if the account information doesn’t match.

Conclusion
It appears that Hilton has updated its process for corporate matches, as the form now requires additional information, and a business email address is no longer sufficient.
I would assume that they are trying to combat a possible status match “fraud” where people sign up using their friends’ email addresses that might be associated with one of the eligible businesses, but who don’t need the match for themselves.
It is good that you can again be matched to Diamond, as earlier this year, it was only for up to Gold.

Upon registration, member will receive Trial Gold status for 90 days. To maintain Gold status, member must stay 5 nights within the 90 day period after registering. To earn Diamond status, member must complete 10 qualifying nights within the 90 day period after registering.

Once a Member obtains Elite status, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the Elite tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year. How do I receive a Hilton Honors Status Match?
Complete the form and submit proof of stay with a competitor loyalty program through our dedicated Status Match page: HiltonHonors.com/B2BStatusMatch.
If you qualify, Hilton Honors will match your current elite status from another hotel program and give you 90 days of complimentary status:
- Matched to Gold: Receive 90 days of Gold status. Stay 5 nights during your trial to keep Gold through the end of next year.
- Matched to Diamond: Receive 90 days of Diamond status. Stay 10 nights during your trial to keep Diamond through the end of next year. If you stay at least 5 nights but not 10, you’ll retain Gold status instead.

Why are Members restricted from Status Match?
Diamond Members have access to the benefits of elite Hilton Honors status; therefore, we will not process these requests. Please note Gold members are eligible to match to Diamond status.
What are acceptable forms of “proof of status”?
Acceptable forms of status validation include a screenshot of your current membership from your existing competitor hotel loyalty program or a screenshot of your account summary page from a competitor hotel loyalty program. We prefer .jpg, .png, or.pdf file types.
Screenshots of competitor status should include first and last name and loyalty status.
Do not include screenshots of your Hilton Honors account.
Do Reward Stays count toward achieving the night requirements?
Yes, Reward stays do count toward achieving the Status Match requirements.
Can I earn Status Match nights through leisure travel, or does it only count for business travel?
Both business and leisure stays that are Honors eligible count toward the required nights during your 90-day trial period.
How long does it take for Status Match to be granted?
Due to the large volume of requests, please allow 5-7 business days to review your application. You will be notified via email once your request has been processed.
If Hilton requires additional validation, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for review.
I have requested Status Match, but it wasn’t approved until after I completed a stay. Can you retroactively add the stay to the challenge?
No. We cannot add any stays that occurred before being approved for Status Match. Please submit your Status Match request well in advance of an upcoming stay.
What if I decide to save this benefit for later, but have already submitted my Status Match request?
Once a member elects to use this benefit and the Status Match is successfully applied to their account, this action is final and isn’t reversible. Please determine the best time to use this benefit according to your personal travel situation before submitting your request through the online form.
