BST Hyde Park 2025: A Summer of Unmissable Music Moments

Returning with its signature blend of world-class music and unique entertainment, American Express presents BST Hyde Park 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most eclectic and exciting editions of the annual festival yet. Set against the lush green landscape of London’s historic Hyde Park, this year’s event runs from June 27 to July 13, and promises an extraordinary lineup spanning generations, genres, and global stages.

Kicking off the festivities, Olivia Rodrigo makes her much-anticipated BST debut. After a whirlwind rise to pop superstardom and the success of her Guts world tour, Rodrigo’s return to UK soil is expected to draw massive crowds with a setlist full of anthemic, emotionally-charged hits.

She’s followed by Zach Bryan, who brings his evocative blend of Americana and country to London for two consecutive days. His growing fanbase in the UK reflects a larger trend: the rising popularity of U.S. country acts in the British live scene, a wave fuelled in part by artists like Morgan Wallen in 2024.

The festival’s middle weekend features Sabrina Carpenter in a double-headline billing, joined by indie-pop darlings Clairo and beabadoobee. This pairing of polished pop and introspective indie adds a fresh sonic palette to the festival, attracting a diverse younger audience.

Legendary names follow: Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts lead a night of iconic songwriting, with guests Yusuf / Cat Stevens and Van Morrison – a trifecta of folk and rock history. Stevie Wonder, one of the most revered musicians of our time, takes the stage on the Saturday evening, likely delivering a powerful, career-spanning set that will resonate with fans of all ages.

The festival closes with a moment of finality and celebration as Jeff Lynne’s ELO perform what is being billed as their final UK show. Known for their cinematic sound and orchestral rock legacy, this farewell performance marks a poignant end to the festival’s two-week celebration of music.

Beyond the music, BST Hyde Park 2025 expands its cultural footprint with a first-of-its-kind event on July 8: the Hyde Park Darts Championship.

Featuring rising darts stars Luke Littler and Fallon Sherrock alongside celebrity participants like Olly Murs and Roman Kemp, the event promises a light-hearted and interactive mid-week twist to the usual programming. It also reflects BST’s increasing commitment to offering experiences that blend sport, culture, and entertainment under one ticketed umbrella.

For festivalgoers, ticket options remain flexible. While many shows are sold out, limited tickets are still available starting from £74.95, with VIP experiences like Diamond View, Gold Circle, and The Ultimate Garden Experience offering additional comfort, access, and amenities for those looking to upgrade.

Centrally located and well-served by public transport, Hyde Park continues to be a venue that marries accessibility with atmosphere. Organisers advise planning travel and accommodation early, especially as demand grows closer to headline dates.

In a summer filled with festivals, BST Hyde Park 2025 stands out for its carefully curated balance between heritage and newness. Whether you’re drawn by the nostalgia of classic acts or the momentum of current stars, this year’s edition provides more than just a music festival – it’s a season-defining cultural experience.
