Accor and Azul launched a crossover rewards program in December (read more here) that allows members to earn points and miles for stays and flights. Accor has similar partnerships with Air France—KLM, Qantas, and Qatar Airways.

Now, there is another benefit for Azul Diamond members: they can get Accor ALL Silver status by linking accounts and staying once and can continue to have the status by staying at least once every membership year.

You can access Accor’s page for Azul here.

ALL and Azul Fidelidade take their partnership to new heights with themed aircraft and exclusive new benefits

AUTOMATIC STATUS UPGRADE AND A MORE CONNECTED EXPERIENCE MARK THE LATEST STAGE OF THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE BRANDS

Paris, May 13 – Azul, the leading airline in number of flights and destinations in Brazil, and ALL, Accor’s booking platform and loyalty program, announce another milestone in their strategic partnership. The companies are unveiling a specially branded aircraft inspired by the connection between the two brands, while also introducing an exclusive benefit that promises to elevate the journey for the most loyal members of Azul Fidelidade and ALL.

An Airbus A320neo, registration PR-YRL, with a capacity of 174 passengers, has received customized internal and external branding that highlights elements of the partnership. The plane took off from Viracopos Airport (Campinas, São Paulo State) bound for Porto Seguro (Bahia State), and it will soon be visible throughout Brazil.

The plane is now part of Azul’s fleet, which operates around 900 daily flights to over 150 Brazilian destinations, taking the partnership’s identity to the skies and reinforcing their shared commitment to innovation, loyalty, and excellence in customer experience.

“Taking off with this partnership featured on the fuselage of one of our Airbus aircraft is yet another demonstration of how much we believe in the continued strengthening of the support and opportunities offered by these two brands. Our loyalty programs have taken many flights since we first combined our expertise six years ago, and the new benefits for customers keep coming. Today’s flight marks another step forward and a valuable benefit for those who frequently fly with us and also stay at Accor hotels. We are very proud of this shared journey,” says Cristina Yoshida, Director of the Azul Fidelidade Program.

Automatic Status Upgrade

Since 2019, the partnership between ALL and Azul Fidelidade has allowed members to transfer points between the two programs. In late 2024, the collaboration reached a new level with a groundbreaking initiative in Latin America—dual earning—which allows ALL members to earn 1 Azul Fidelidade point for every €2.50 spent, and Azul passengers to earn 1 ALL point for every R$40.00 spent on flights.

As part of the evolution of this partnership, from now on, Azul Fidelidade Diamond members who have a Classic ALL account will automatically be upgraded to Silver status after completing one eligible stay at participating Accor hotels.

To maintain Silver status in subsequent years, only one stay per year is required—as long as the accounts remain linked. This benefit also applies to customers who had already linked their accounts previously. Once the first stay is completed, the upgrade will be granted automatically, with no further action required.

Flavio Gordiano, Director of Loyalty, Subscription and Partnership at Accor Americas, celebrates the partnership: “We are thrilled to bring the ALL and Azul Fidelidade partnership to the skies. Offering an automatic upgrade to Silver status in the ALL program reflects our joint commitment to delivering tangible, relevant benefits as the partnership evolves. The branded aircraft is more than a symbol—it’s a milestone in this shared journey,”

Now, with the automatic status upgrade, the brands further reinforce their commitment to delivering an integrated and rewarding experience—both on the ground and in the air.

Conclusion

Accor ALL Silver to Azul Diamond members is rather weak, IMHO, perhaps Gold would have been more fitting.

How about getting something for ALL higher-tier elite members with Azul as well?
