The reason as to why I chose Blackbird Bar & Grill in Brisbane was because it was one of the only restaurants in Brisbane which offered kangaroo on the menu, on which I had dined only a couple of days earlier at Eastbank Café • Bar • Pizzeria in Sydney — and I enjoyed it so much that I wanted it again.
