Hilton has launched a sale for stays at participating hotels in the United States, Canada, and Mexico between June 3 and September 1, 2025.

The discount is up to 25% off and select resorts provide $100 per stay or $50 per night resort credit. The offer is available for bookings through June 30.

There is a minimum stay of 2, 3 or 5 nights depending on the hotel type.

Conclusion

This is a somewhat confusing sale as Hilton refers to hotels, resorts, and “approved Fly to Resorts Hotels”, and I have no idea what the latter means.

Terms and Conditions of this sale:

Offer subject to availability at participating hotels in the Hilton portfolio for stays booked between May 13, 2025 through June 30, 2025. Stays are to be completed between June 3, 2025 through January 10, 2026 for approved Fly to Resort Hotels, or from June 3, 2025 through September 1, 2025 for all other hotels. Offer is subject to offer details herein and the selected hotels booking terms and conditions. Offer requires a minimum of seven (7) day advance reservation for all participating hotels, and a minimum stay of two (2) consecutive nights. Approved Fly to Resort and luxury hotels require a 3 might minimum stay, and All-Inclusive Hotels require a 5 night minimum stay. Stays of more than 13 nights are not allowed for extended stay hotels. Offer discount is up to 25% off the Best Available Rate (“BAR”) or Flexible Rate, which is a specific rate type that varies depending on the time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates. Bookings require a fourteen (14) day cancellation from the time of booking. Luxury, All Inclusive, and approved Fly to Resort hotels will offer a property credit for applicable reservations. A property credit of $100 USD or currency equivalent per stay will be awarded per room for All Inclusive hotels. A property credit of $100 USD or currency equivalent per night will be awarded per room for Luxury hotels within the Conrad, Waldorf, or LXR brands. A property credit of $50 USD or currency equivalent per night will be awarded per room for approved Resort hotels. Property credit will be applied to the folio at checkout for specific incidental spend and cannot be applied to room rate, corresponding taxes, gratuity, resort fees, mandatory fees, or service charges/ fees. Credit may only be applied at certain outlets or used toward certain amenities on property. Please check with your hotel to determine where the credit is accepted.
Price quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Early departure fees may apply and vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges and any mandatory or resort fees (if applicable). Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply and vary by hotel. Please check with your hotel at the time of booking to determine if any additional conditions apply. Rates will vary based on individual hotels and specific travel dates selected. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
