Debicki In Talks For Fincher’s “Cliff Booth”?

“The Crown,” “Widows” and “The Great Gatsby” actress Elizabeth Debicki is in talks for a leading role in David Fincher’s new film “The Continuing Adventures of Cliff Booth” at Netflix.

The project is a spin-off/sequel to Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 film “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood” with Brad Pitt returning to reprise the role of Rick Dalton’s stuntman and driver Cliff Booth.

Set several years later, this will see his character in a new role within the Hollywood system – he’s a studio fixer. Tarantino penned the project and Fincher will direct under his overall deal with Netflix.

According to What’s on Netflix which revealed the news, Debicki has an offer and is in “active talks for the role of Roberta, the manager of a mud wrestling bar.”

Casting is currently underway with production slated to begin later this year. Pitt is currently the only casting actually set for the project, though reports have suggested Leonardo DiCaprio has been in talks for a cameo role.

Netflix has not officially announced the project across its social media channels at this time.
