Jack White reteams with John C Reilly for “Archbishop Harold Holmes” video

Jack White has shared a music video for “Archbishop Harold Holmes” from last year’s No Name. The video stars actor and friend John C Reilly, whose 2007 film Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, you may remember, featured Jack as Elvis Presley.

Reilly stars as the titular Archbishop who is preaching to the congregation from a pulpit made out of an old-timey radio, and as his sermon increases in fervor, Jack White Blue electricity begins begins to fly from his hands. Be sure to watch through to the end as the service takes an unexpected turn.

Reilly came up with the video’s concept and it was directed by Gilbert Trejo, son of actor Danny Trejo. Watch below.

Jack White is on the festival circuit this summer and fall, including appearances at Portland, ME’s Back Cove, Louisville’s Bourbon & Beyond, Chicago’s Riot Fest, and NYC’s CBGB Festival.
