VICTORIA, B.C. – Two of Canada’s most storied castles, Fairmont Empress and Fairmont Château Laurier, are celebrating Porter Airlines’ new non-stop flight between Victoria and Ottawa with a curated travel experience that offers convenience, comfort and connection between some of Canada’s most historic and luxurious landmarks.

The “Castle to Castle, Capital to Capital” experience aims to elevate Canadians’ travel experience with a seamless flight between Vancouver Island and the historic capital. With Porter Airlines’ focus on customer-first service and Fairmont’s commitment to hospitality excellence, the partnership is set to provide travellers with an exceptional journey from start to finish.

Fairmont Empress and Fairmont Château Laurier redefine guests’ stay with exclusive Fairmont Gold experiences, providing personalized services and opulent amenities. Alongside their historic grandeur and modern touches, the properties are in prime locations at the heart of their vibrant cities, overlooking the water.

Fairmont Empress, built in 1908, is a national historic site well-known as a Canadian treasure perched on the edge of Victoria’s Inner Harbour.
