This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to multiply their Reward points earned by 2x and ALL Signature subscribers, regardless of the plan purchased, to multiply their Reward points earned by 3x for a stay at one of the hotels participating in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

Earning points is calculated based on the value of points credited to the member by the hotel at the end of an eligible stay, applying the general conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program and based on Classic status.

At the end of the stay, points are credited in two phases:

1/ credit of points corresponding to the value of the points that the ALL – Accor Live Limitless member achieved if he/she had not benefited from the offer;

2/ The additional Reward points earned by registering for the offer will be credited to the member’s account in the second transaction, corresponding to the number of missing Reward points of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, in order to have been credited the total number of Reward points multiplied by 2x for ALL members or 3x for ALL Signature subscribers , after completion of the two points credit transactions.

This Reward points bonus is added to the Reward and Status points earned by the member on an eligible stay, with the general conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program being applied.

This offer can be used up to 3 times per member during its validity period. The first stay booked and completed after registering for the offer is eligible for Reward points credit according to the offer conditions.

This offer is valid for any member stay from 06/10/25 to 09/08/25 at one of the Novotel branded hotels in the Americas, and booked between 06/09/25 and 07/09/25, until 11:59 p.m., Paris time (UCT+2) – 6:59 p.m. , Brasilia time (UTC/GMT).

Accommodation must be for a minimum of 1 night.

Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be valid once for the ALL and NOVOTEL Offer – Your points, your way.

Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) reservation by an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for several rooms will only be counted as one (1) stay. The crediting of Reward and Status points is calculated from the first check-out date.

This means that an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for their first stay.

To be eligible for the offer, all accommodations must be booked through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL apps, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to Accor. Therefore, you will not benefit from this offer if your accommodation is booked with a reseller, tour operator or third party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).

You must indicate your ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number when making your reservation and present it at the hotel reception when checking in for your stay.

ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days after the end of the hotel stay.

This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups.

If your accommodation meets the terms and conditions of multiple offers, only the Reward points from the most generous offer (i.e. the one that allows you to accumulate the most Reward points) will be credited to your account.

Any accommodation and/or restaurant expenses and consumption, paid in part or in full with ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.

In cases of change of reservation date, the offer and accumulation of points will only apply if the new date is within the initially established period of stay, that is, within the period from 06/10/25 to 09/08/25 .
