Bella Ramsey Rumored For ‘Big’ Marvel Role

“The Last of Us” and “Game of Thrones” actress Bella Ramsey is reportedly being eyed for a major role in an upcoming Marvel Studios project.

Scooper MyTimeToShineH is claiming that Marvel is interested in signing Ramsey for a “big role” in an upcoming title, but stopped short of naming which one.

Marvel is famous for taking meetings with actors, but does not necessarily have plans for them at the time of said meeting.

Much of Marvel Studios is currently focused on its two new “Avengers” films, but a new “Spider-Man” and a new “X-Men” are coming with the latter the most likely suggestion.

Due to the nature of the story, Ramsey’s involvement in the third season of HBO’s “The Last of Us” is expected to be minimal and mostly towards the final 2-3 episodes of what’s rumored to be an eight-episode run.

The show is currently writing and prepping for the shoot to commence either at year’s end or early next year. If hired by Marvel, it will likely shoot around her HBO commitments much like Pedro Pascal did with his “Fantastic Four”/”Last of Us” schedule.

Ramsey is also coming off a lot of discussion about her work on the show – some loving it, some having issues with how her character has been changed from the game behaviorally and physically, and some nasty comments directed at her personally.
