The Weeknd began MetLife Stadium run (pics, video, setlist)

The Weeknd is supporting his 2025 album Hurry Up Tomorrow on a stadium tour now, and he just hit the NYC area on Thursday night (6/5) for the first of three shows at MetLife Stadium. There were pyrotechnics and lasers aplenty as Abel Tesfaye, wearing a mask and surrounded by red robed dancers, took the crowd through two hours of selections from throughout his discography. As he’s been doing at many shows, he brought out Playboi Carti on their collaborative tracks “Rather Lie” and “Creepin.” See pictures from Thursday night by Toby Tenenbaum along with the setlist and attendee-taken video below.
