Laura Stevenson shares “I Couldn’t Sleep,” announces fall tour

Laura Stevenson‘s seventh album, Late Great, arrives later this month, and she’s given us another preview with the moving “I Couldn’t Sleep.” “This song is about opening yourself up again to someone new and being somehow relieved that the experience wasn’t what you built it up to be,” she says. Hear it below.

Laura has also announced a fall North American tour, which includes East Coast and Midwest shows in October, followed by a West Coast run in November. See all dates below.

The NYC show is at Bowery Ballroom on September 22. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 13 at 10 AM local with a Citi cardmember presale happening now.
