Retail inMotion extends onboard services contract with Ryanair for five years
The agreement strengthens a 15-year partnership to providing product, distribution and technology to the carrier.

IRELAND. Retail in Motion (RiM) has secured a new five-year contract with its longest-serving client, Ryanair, for onboard retail product, distribution and technology.
RiM, a leading provider of retail and technology solutions for the travel industry, has partnered with Ryanair for the past 15 years. Their collaboration that began with the supply of small foil wobags (‘baggies’) and sandwiches, gradually expanding to cover the full food & beverage distribution onboard. RiM said it has maintained a 99% delivery and product availability KPI over the duration of the contract, managing a complex supply chain, with over 90 bases providing product to over 618 aircraft.
RiM’s onboard hospitality offering is supported by its Vector technology and hardware, providing end-to-end management from distribution and warehouse packing to inflight payment and post-flight reconciliation. Additional services include procurement, crew engagement, product packaging and design, last mile process management and menu card design.
