The Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur opened on December 18, 2024, and includes 312 rooms and suites. Located on Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, the hotel offers access to nearby attractions such as the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The hotel features three dining venues: IL Forno, an Italian trattoria; TanBuri, serving South Asian cuisine; and @21 Rooftop Bar.

The architectural design of the hotel is an adaptive reuse of a former office building by by local firm SA Architects Sdn Bhd. The interior design, which incorporates local influences and artwork by Malaysian graffiti artist Jefr, was conceptualized by Silverfox Studios, headquartered in Singapore
