T-PAIN
T-Pain has announced the TP20 Fall Tour to “celebrate 20-years of legendary music” featuring EARTHGANG as opener. The tour starts in October but there’s a special pre-tour kickoff at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on September 4. T-Pain also plays Governors Ball this weekend.
LIL WAYNE
Lil Wayne‘s new album Tha Carter VI arrives this Friday (6/6), and he’ll celebrate it and over 20 years of his Tha Carter series on a summer North American tour. Shows begin on July 30 in Bristow, VA and run through October 2 in West Palm Beach, FL, with Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington opening all dates and NoCap also joining on select shows.
PATTY GRIFFIN & RICKIE LEE JONES
Singer-songwriter greats Patty Griffin and Rickie Lee Jones will be teaming up for a tour this fall that includes Port Chester’s Capitol Theater on October 16.
PHISH
Phish begin their summer tour later this month, and they’ve added some new shows to the run in September.
WEDNESDAY
Wednesday recently returned with the fantastic new single “Elderberry Wine,” their first new music since their great 2023 album Rat Saw God, and now they’ve announced a fall tour. West Coast dates in October are with Friendship, and the East Coast run is in November with Daffo.
GRIZZLY BEAR
Grizzly Bear have added more shows to their first tour in six years.
OPEN MIKE EAGLE
The ever-charismatic indie-rapper (and comedian, podcaster, screenwriter, etc) Open Mike Eagle has announced a new album and a tour with Cavalier and Rhys Langston.
LAUFEY
Laufey has added new dates to her fall tour with Suki Waterhouse, including second nights in LA, Oakland, Toronto and NYC (Madison Square Garden on October 15 & 16).
THE HOLD STEADY
The Hold Steady have added a few shows to their September schedule, including a Constructive Summer Weekend in Los Angeles, and a NYC-area show at Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on September 5. They’re also hinting at this year’s Massive Nights run at NYC’s Brooklyn Bowl on December 3-6.
MOLLY TUTTLE
Molly Tuttle will be on tour this fall in support of her just announced album, So Long Little Miss Sunshine.
KATHLEEN EDWARDS
Kathleen Edwards will release Billionaire on August 22. The album was produced by Jason Isbell and Gena Johnson and you can hear “Save Your Soul” below. She’ll be touring for it this fall, including a stop at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on September 16.
CATE LE BON
Cate Le Bon releases her seventh album this September and will tour this fall and winter, with North American dates starting in January.
NIGHT MOVES
Midwest band Night Moves have announced a tour in support of new album Double Life that’s out July 25 via Domino. They’ll hit most major cities in the US and Canada, playing NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on September 19 & 20.
GANSER
Chicago post-punk trio Ganser have announced new album Animal Hospital which was produced by Liars’ Angus Andrew. They’ve also got a few Midwest dates lined up for the summer, hitting Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
HOWARD JONES / HAIRCUT ONE HUNDRED
’80s survivors Howard Jones and Haircut One Hundred are teaming up again with DJ Richard Blade for a fall tour.
PETER MURPHY
Peter Murphy was planning on touring this year in support of his new album but those plans have been canceled due to health issues.
AGNOSTIC FRONT / VINNIE STIGMA 70TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Agnostic Front guitarist Vinnie Stigma turns the big 7-0 this year, and he and the rest of the band are still going as hard as ever. They’ll celebrate with a birthday show in NYC in December.
FLESHWATER / ANGEL DU$T / CHAT PILE
Shoegazy post-hardcore band Fleshwater are playing a couple of festivals this fall, and they’ve announced a North American tour surrounding and following their sets at Shaky Knees and Louder Than Life. They’ll be on the road through the end of October, with Angel Du$t joining them for the first leg of shows and Chat Pile for the second.
GLARE / CLOAKROOM / JIVEBOMB / DESTINY BOND
Texas shoegazers Glare have announced a headlining tour with fellow shoegazers Cloakroom and two hardcore bands, Jivebomb, and Destiny Bond. That great quadruple bill hits NYC (Bowery Ballroom on 10/8), Philly, Chicago, Austin, and more.
