Cerydra Is Another Honkai: Star Rail 3.5 Character
The next confirmed 3.5 Honkai: Star Rail character is the Chrysos Heir Cerydra. Her official art appeared on social media. She’s known as the Chessmaster Monarch who is aligned with law and order, serving under Talanton, Scale of Justice. Like Aglaea, Castorice, Hisilens, Hyacine, and Phainon, she’s associated with Okhema on Amphoreus. She’ll also be a five-star unit. While associated with law and order, Cerydra will follow the path of Harmony. This means she’ll act as a supporter in battle with a moveset that helps assist and boost her allies. When she does attack, she’ll deal Wind damage. This means she’ll be the second five-star Harmony character to deal Wind damage in the game. The first is Bronya, who’s been a part of the game since its launch. This means we’ll see two Chrysos Heirs in the 3.5 Honkai: Star Rail update, since Hisilens (Helektra) will appear alongside Cerydra. However, while Hisilens seems like she could be an expy of the Honkai Impact 3rd Thirteen Flame-Chasers member Eden, Cerydra doesn’t seem to have a counterpart in that group. Given her blue color scheme, hairstyle, askew crown on her head as a hat, and role as the Law Coreflame wielder who is tied to Talanton, Scale of Justice, her closest counterpart seems to be the Hydro Archon Furina from Genshin Impact. We’ll have to wait until her debut to see how apt that comparison is. Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and we’ll see both Cerydra and Hysilens appear on banners after the 3.5 update arrives.
