Amex Offer: Spend $500+ at Hyatt & Get $100 Cash Back Through September 15, 2025

American Express in the U.S. has once again published a new Amex Offer, advertising members to receive a US$100 refund on purchases of US$500 or more at select Hyatt properties in the U.S. as well the Caribbean and Latin America.

This is a regional promotion, to qualify, you can stay at all participating properties under the Hyatt brand portfolio in the listed countries and will be eligible for the offer, which is remarkable as these offers are usually limited to North America only.

Earn a one-time $100 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $500 USD in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges at participating select Hyatt® properties in the US and internationally from 6/9/2025 to 9/15/2025. See terms. 

This promotion is valid for purchases made with the registered card between June 9 and September 15, 2025.

It should be quite useful for many cardholders who like to stay at Hyatt, as there are fewer geographic limitations for the stays this time around. Although I did like the previous promo, which was valid for worldwide stays, it was much better.

Keep in mind that these offers are consistently targeted and they don’t necessarily show up in every cardmember’s Amex account. You can try and add a bunch of currently available offers and hope that they get replenished with ones that you’re actually interested in (100 at the time are being displayed).

Conclusion

American Express cardholders in the U.S. have new Amex Offers available to add to their accounts; the most recent one with $100 off $500 Hyatt purchases is particularly interesting as it’s available not only in the U.S. but at select international locations in the Caribbean and Latin America as well.

Based on the terms and conditions, the offer may not be registered properly when you use your card in a digital wallet, such as Apple Pay. Therefore, ensure that you actually use your physical card to pay for the stay. I’m not saying it won’t register; I’m just saying there might be problems, like when you use Apple Pay at Saks.
