Paola Lenti Brings Playful Design to Pint-Sized Proportions
Featuring vibrant colors and scaled-down favorites, the Kids Collection by Paola Lenti proves that great design isn’t just for grownups.

Oh, to be a kid living in today’s golden age of design. While child-sized furniture is nothing new, today’s little ones are lucky to have modern design at their fingertips, with brands and designers devoting entire collections specifically for their world. Italian furniture brand Paola Lenti’s Kids Collection is a prime example – a vibrant and playful line that brings the brand’s signature craftsmanship to pint-sized proportions. Featuring scaled down versions of previous designs, the Kids Collection proves that good design isn’t just for grown-ups.
Since 1994, Paola Lenti has built its reputation on playful color palettes, innovative materials, and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor design. The Kids Collection is no exception. Thoughtfully designed with both function and imagination in mind, the collection reimagines classic Paola Lenti pieces in joyful hues and child-friendly dimensions, from sofas and armchairs to poufs and accessories.
The Ami chair designed by Francesco Rota carves out a cozy retreat with a plush, hand-woven chain tubular knit wrapped around a stainless steel base. A padded seat – upholstered in vibrant colors – adds an extra layer of comfort, perfect for lounging, reading, or simply sinking into its embrace.
Continuing this expression of relaxed ease, Rota’s Float on chair offers a laid-back silhouette with removable knit upholstery, expanded polyurethane padding, and biodegradable polyester fiber. Its generous form evokes plush comfort, ready to greet you for an afternoon of reading.

Rota’s Giro side table brings a familiar design silhouette from the world of adult designs. Featuring a bright glaze top set on a matte-varnished aluminum base in contrasting tones, it sets the stage for tea parties, art projects, and snack time.
Echoing the woven detail from the Ami chair, the Orbitry swivel armchair, designed by Victor Carrasco, takes playfulness to another level. Its steel frame and handwoven rope yarn braids create a tactile, cocoon-like space, ideal for spinning, hiding, or daydreaming in their own little world.
There’s nothing quite like the open-ended possibilities of a pouf in the eyes of a child. Otto, designed by CRS, invites endless play with its spiral-sewn rope cord upholstery and soft, microsphere padding. Whether used as a seat, a stepping stone, or a launchpad for imaginative adventures, it’s a piece that adapts to the moment. Paired with the Zoe or Cosmos rugs, both crafted with the same spiral-sewn rope cord, it transforms into an imaginative landscape for make-believe play.
Lastly, the Sika baskets by CRS help corral all the fun. Available in a variety of sizes, both wide and tall, they offer a stylish solution for keeping rooms tidy without keeping play out of reach.
