Conclusion
There must have been a major rush of redemptions from Miles&More members who want to drain their accounts of miles before this major devaluation takes place.
Miles&More must have decided that enough is enough (due to excessive cash drain) and has stopped the redemptions altogether.
Let’s see if there will be yet another lawsuit over this behavior.
