Panda Bear announces fall tour (BV Presale for NYC), shares “Virginia Tech”

Panda Bear released his new album Sinister Grift in February, and he’s announced new North American tour dates supporting it. The fall shows include his festival sets at Making Time and Woodsist, and wrap up with both weekends of ACL Fest. See all dates below.

The NYC show is at Ruins at Knockdown Center on September 18. Get tickets on BrooklynVegan Presale starting Tuesday, June 3 at 10 AM ET; use the presale password PANDABEARXBKV (it will come up automatically). Our presale runs until Friday, June 6 at 10 AM ET, at which point any remaining tickets go on sale to the general public.

Panda Bear has also made “Virginia Tech,” a b-side from Sinister Grift‘s lead single, “Defense,” available on streaming services. It features his Animal Collective bandmate Deakin and additional production from Daniel Lopatin aka Oneohtrix Point Never, and you can hear it below.
