Sigur Rós announce West Coast orchestral tour

Sigur Rós have been collaborating with the Wordless Music Orchestra and local orchestras on tour over the last few years, and they’ve now announced what they say are the final shows of the run. They’ll be in Europe and the UK in September and October, followed by a new North American leg in November. Those shows happen on the West Coast, and you can see all dates below.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 6 at 10 AM local, with an artist presale starting Wednesday, June 4 at 10 AM local.

Sigur Rós also shared a new live, orchestral version of “Andvari” to go with the announcement, and you can listen below.
