If you’ve read this far and you’re asking “What is GaN?”, let me just break it down for you. Remember the bulky, ugly charger that comes with your laptop? The reason it’s so big is because it has a silicon chipset. Silicon’s been the industry standard for a while now, but truth be told, it’s not too efficient.
