World of Hyatt tends to run quite a few concurrent promotions based on a variety of metrics: stays, nights, visiting specific brands, earning with partners, etc. Most promos require registration, but it’s always been a pain to track down which ones are targeted to you, which you’ve already registered for, and the ones you still need to sign up for.
Now, Hyatt has updated the “My Account” portion of both the World of Hyatt app and website so that all promotions currently applicable to you are listed in one place. You can see which ones you still need to register for and also track your progress on the ones that are already live.
How to find your Hyatt promotions
It’s now easy to all of your World of Hyatt promotions, in both the mobile app and on the website.
In the app, go to “Account” and just below the YTD progress meter, you’ll see a section called “Offers for you:”
If you click “See all,” you’ll get a full listing of all of the promotions that you’re eligible for. You’ll also be able to clearly see those that you have to register for and those that you already did and have made progress on:
On the website, after logging in, go to “Account overview.” On the side menu, you’ll see a section labelled “My offers.” Clicking on that will allow you to toggle between “Enrolled” promotions that are live on your account and those that are “Available” but still require registration:
Quick Thoughts
This is a welcome change to the previous opacity of World of Hyatt promotions. I’ve been a Globalist for years and my concierge says that they’ll enroll me in all promotions that I’m eligible for. I still found three in my account (two of which were ending) that I still hadn’t signed up for nor was aware of.
It’s worth taking a look at your account to see if there’s any low-hanging fruit available that can earn you some extra Hyatt points or partner miles during your upcoming stays.
