IHG Limited Time 20% Off Summer Sale For Stays June 27 – September 30, 2025 (Book By July 7)

IHG has several sales on-going, and now there is a Limited Time Member Summer Sale valid for stays in many markets between June 27 and September 30, 2025.

IHG One Rewards members save 20% and can cancel without incurring any fees if done at least 7 days prior to check-in. The sale is available for bookings through July 7.

Note that this sale is valid for stays in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, East Asia and the Pacific, and the Caribbean.

You must book this rate plan a minimum of 3 days in advance. There is no deposit requirement if you book a minimum of 7 days in advance, and a one-night deposit is required if you book 3 to 6 days in advance.

The penalty is a one-night charge if you cancel within 7 days of arrival, and there is no penalty if you cancel earlier.

Conclusion

I like that this rate plan does not require prepayment and that there is no penalty if you cancel at least a week in advance, and only one night’s charge if you cancel closer to the date.

It may be worth having a look at the rates they have available.
