Pinkshift announce new album ‘Earthkeeper,’ share “Anita Ride”
The Baltimore punks will also be announcing a tour next week.

Baltimore punks Pinkshift have announced their sophomore album, Earthkeeper, due August 29 via Hopeless Records (pre-order). The album was produced and mixed by I Am The Avalanche/Movielife drummer Brett Romnes (Hot Mulligan, Anxious, Charmer, etc), and both current singles–the just-released “Anita Ride” and the recently-released “Evil Eye”–find Pinkshift leaning further than ever into their heavy, riffy hard rock side. The band says:
the earthkeeper is: a reflection of universal consciousness.
a protectors of existence, which life personifies.
personifying and experiencing existence is what makes life mystical and magical.
the experience is unique, undeniable, and therefor special.
you are the earthkeeper, as i am the earthkeeper.
i love and survive, in defiance of god, and in harmony with life.
Check out the self-directed video for “Anita Ride” and the “Evil Eye” video (directed by the band and Sihan Xu) below. Pinkshift also say a tour is being announced next week, so stay tuned for that.
