PS5 Getting 2 Major Xbox Games in the Same Month

PS5 players will be treated to not one but two former Xbox exclusive games in the same month this year. Ninja Theory has just announced the release date for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, which was previously given a PS5 release window of Summer 2025.

Both Gears of War: Reloaded and Hellblade 2 will release in August 2025. The former will release on August 26 whereas the latter has just been confirmed for an August 12 release date.

PS5 players will be getting an ‘Enhanced’ version of Hellblade 2. According to Microsoft, this version “includes graphical and gameplay additions, as well as an enhanced Photo Mode and developer commentary.”

Hellblade 2’s standard edition will cost $49.99, which will come as a relief to players who’ve expressed concerns about Microsoft’s new $80 price tag. There will also be a deluxe edition for $69.99, which will include a native PS5 port of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice alongside its soundtrack. That’s pretty good value for those who haven’t played the former PS4 exclusive.

Those who previously purchased Hellblade on the PS4 can get the PS5 upgrade for free.

As for Hellblade 2’s enhancements, here’s a rundown
